New Student Enrollment – Masuda Middle School
We are excited to welcome your child to Masuda Middle School. Our staff is dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences that support both academic and social-emotional growth.
Online Enrollment Information
- Online enrollment for new students for the 2025–26 school year is currently open. Families may continue to enroll for the current school year.
- Enrollment for new students for the 2026–27 school year will open on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
Guidelines for Enrolling Your Child
- Check the Grade Placement Chart for age-based enrollment requirements.
- Use the FVSD School Locator to find your assigned school.
- Review the Parents' Guide to Immunizations to ensure compliance.
New Student Enrollment Process
Step 1: Complete Aeries Online Enrollment
- Fill out the Aeries Online Enrollment.
- Print the confirmation document (single-sided only).
- Aeries is not compatible with mobile devices; please use a computer, laptop, or Chromebook.
Step 2: Fill Out the Enrollment Forms
- Download, complete, save, and print the New Student Online Enrollment forms:
Step 3: Provide Required Documents
Please prepare electronic copies of the following:

- Two (2) proofs of residence (accepted documents)
- Student immunization record
- Proof of age (accepted documents)
- Parent/guardian photo identification (Driver's license or passport)
- Most recent report card
- Most recent state testing results (SBAC)
- GATE documentation (if applicable)
- IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
Step 4: Submit Enrollment Documents
Once all forms and documents are ready, submit them by:
