Celebrating the Future of Teaching at the Induction Colloquium

The Induction Program is a state requirement designed to help new teachers excel in the classroom. Over the past two years, these participants have worked on new strategies, reflected on their teaching, and found ways to better serve our diverse student body. Completing this program is a huge achievement, and we are so proud of their hard work.

We also took time to honor the "support providers"—our veteran teacher mentors. These experienced educators volunteer their time to guide, encourage, and coach their newer colleagues. This partnership is the backbone of the program, ensuring that our new staff members never have to feel like they are working alone.

The colloquium was a great chance for these pairs to share their successes and reflections from the year. It’s clear that our schools are in good hands with such dedicated professionals entering the field. We look forward to seeing these teachers continue to grow and inspire our students for many years to come!
