Online Enrollment Dates
- 2025–26 School Year: Online enrollment remains open.
- 2026–27 School Year: Online enrollment for new families begins on
Before Enrolling
- Review the Grade Placement Chart for age-based requirements.
- Use the FVSD School Locator to identify the assigned school.
- Review the Parents’ Guide to Immunizations to ensure compliance.
New Student Enrollment Process (4 Steps)
Step 1 of 4: Complete Online Enrollment
- Complete Aeries Online Enrollment for the student(s).
- Print the confirmation pages.
- Device note: Please use a computer. Aeries may not function properly on phones or tablets.
Step 2 of 4: Complete Additional Forms
Step 3 of 4: Documents to Submit
Please prepare copies of the following documents. Original documents should be retained for personal records.

- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Two (2) proofs of residence (accepted documents)

Step 4 of 4: Submit Permanent Record Card and Provide Required Documents
- Option 1: Drop the completed forms and required documents at the Masuda Middle School Office. To avoid busy pick-up and drop-off times, the best time is 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
